ZUD Ultra High-voltage Transformer Oil Filtration Plant
Application:
ZUD Ultra High-voltage Transformer Oil Filtration Plant is mainly used to improve the properties of insulation oil. It can remove trace water, gas, particulate matters, etc. from the insulating oil effectively and rapidly so as to boost the performance of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductors, cable and capacitors which has insulation system.ZUD series specialize in purifying branded oil, insulating oil of high voltage and super high voltage transformer.
Features:
1.It can also be used as a vacuum pumping unit alone with high-efficiency oil filtering, the equipment can be vacuum-dried while filtering.
2.All kinds of protection in the design, sensitive automatic pressure protection system, and infrared liquid level control system, oil and heating interlocking safety protection system.
3.It is installed in the vacuum cylinder by low-power, high-density built-in heating elements. According to the system requirements, it can be grouped into heating or combined with input heating. With an overheat protection system, it will not cause oil deterioration in any situation.
4.Advanced filtration technology, multi-stage filtration step by step encryption, can quickly remove harmful substances such as water, gas, impurities in oil; The oil can reach the standard after two cycles, greatly reducing the filtration time. The filter element adopts the world’s advanced top 3M filter element, which greatly improves the filtration precision.
5.The machine has an internal cooling circulation system, and the gas extracted by the vacuum cylinder is first cooled and then enters the vacuum pump, and has an infrared automatic detecting oil level device to prevent the oil mist and a large amount of water vapor from entering the vacuum pump, thereby eliminating the occurrence of vacuum pump’s oil spout, condense water vapor and drain through the discharge valve.
6.The filter element adopts a toolless disassembly structure, and it is very convenient and quick to replace it.
7.The oil inlet and outlet interchange device can eliminate the trouble of frequently changing the oil pipe. The oil pipe adopts a quick connector, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly.
8.In order to prevent secondary pollution of oil, the design of the oil circuit is made of stainless steel.
9.In addition to the oil handling capacity of 200L/min, the machine can adjust the flow according to the user’s needs when filling the oil. The plant design can simultaneously vacuum pumping the transformer and vacuum injecting.

Performance:
Re-refining to remove acids and particulate material
Dehydrating to remove free and dissolved water, including insulation dry-out of the windings.
Degassing to remove other dissolved combustible gases such as Acetylene, Ethylene, Ethane, Methane, Hydrogen and Carbon Monoxide, and Carbon Dioxide.
