ZYD-M High-Performance Mobile Oil Treatment Plant

Application
According to fieldwork requirements, the ZYD-M Mobile Oil Treatment Plant equips the car wheels, which can be easy to move to any work point by traction. It is especially suitable for purifying the transformer oil which locates in different fields and highly effective for transformer oil degassing, dehydration, and online filtration process. The filtration process of the Transformer Oil Purifier is able to maintain complete cleanness and improve the dielectric strength of insulating oil.

(1)Water Removal: Overall Water Content ≤3 PPM by removing free, emulsified, and dissolved water.
(2)Particulate Removal: Particle counts as low as 1 micron.
(3)Entrained Air and Gas Removal ≤ 0.3%
(4)Acid Removal: can be equipped with fullers earth towers to neutralize acid and Lower TAN to < 0.03 KOH/g
(5)Dielectric Strength:≥75 kV per ASTM 877

ASSEN warrants the plant supplied under this specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twenty-six (26) months from date of shipment or twenty-four (24) months after the start-up of the system. ASSEN’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or furnishing, a similar part to replace any part, which was proven to be defective within the warranty period.
